The brief outline was to create an event for Valentine's Day to try and grow basket by encouraging customers to use Ocado to shop for Valentine's Day food, drinks and gifts.

After creating mood boards to show concepts, the marketing team chose the final concept of a neutral background to allow the products to have impact on the page, with a simple and elegant red ribbon flowing through the images to enhance the luxury feel.

This campaign worked across the landing page event microsite, directional banners, social media and a bespoke offers email giving the customer a consistent experience.
